- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Eastern Summit County Development Code Amendment Chapter 11-6-8-A - Fire Protection Standards Project Number: 24-141 Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission, in accordance with section 11-5-3 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly make a recommendation to Summit County Council regarding the proposed Amendment to the Eastern Summit County Development Code Chapter 11-6-8-A (Fire Protection Standards).
