IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, September 19, 2024 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing to consider the Planning Commission's recommendations on zoning text amendments to the Recreational Vehicle Resort Requirements Ordinance Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: City Attorney-Bryan Pack 435-628-0606 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and places, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov or in writing to the Ivins City Council prior to the meetings. A copy of the amendment is available at Ivins City Hall and on Ivins website at www.ivinsutah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari D.
