5. Proposed Ordinance 2024-19 amending the Syracuse City Zoning Map for approximately 0.75 acres of real property located at approximately 2751 S. 1000 W. from Agricultural (A-1) to Professional Office (PO), applicant Whipple Point, LLC. (5 min.)
6. Proposed Ordinance 2024-20 amending the Syracuse City Zoning Map for approximately 1.5 acres of real property located at approximately 1569 S. 2500 W. from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), applicant Roberto Quiroz. (5 min.)
