- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 3, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-34: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5529 WEST 4100 SOUTH FROM A (AGRICULTURE, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 1/2 ACRE) TO C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL).' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
