Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 24-09 South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 24-09. This ordinance amended the South Ogden City Code to clarify that utility fees, including garbage fees, are mandatory. This ordinance will be applicable to all residents of South Ogden City.
