PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE PLANNING COMMITTEE ORDINANCE SEPEMBER 23, 2024 On Monday, September 23th, the Henefer Planning Commission will host a Public Hearing at 7:00 at the Henefer Town Office Building, 150 W Center Street, Henefer. The purpose of the hearing is to review and recommend changes to the Town's City Code/Ordinances. The Town's Planning Commission will review suggested changes for the following: Chapter 1 Public Hearings, Chapter 11 Subdivision Ordinance and the creation of Chapter 12 for the Planning Commission. The purpose of the code updates is to bring Henefer in line with State requirements for land use codes. The public is invited to the meeting and may provide comments if desired.
