NOTICE OF INTENT TO UPDATE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS
AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES
Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Mapleton City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to update impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to drinking water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution; and pressurized irrigation water supply, storage, and distribution.
The geographic area that will be included in the IFFP and IFA is all areas within the Mapleton City municipal boundary and any areas to be served by the respective Mapleton City utility systems.
All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. Written comments may be submitted to the City, to the attention of: Rob Hunter, Public Works Director/City Engineer, 1405 West 1600 North, Mapleton, Utah 84664 or via email: rhunter@mapleton.org. Comments are requested to be received by November 4, 2024.
