IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, September 17, 2024 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing to consider zoning text amendments to the Recreational Vehicle Resort Requirements Ordinance. Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: City Manager-Dale Coulam 435-628-0606 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and places, may submit their views electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, or in writing to the Ivins City Planning Commission prior to the meetings. A copy of the amendment will be available at Ivins City Hall and on Ivins website at www.ivinsutah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
