NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, September 12, 2024, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following item: 1. Consider a proposed Property Rezoning for 2627 Vineyard Drive (Parcel #SC-88-A, described as 0.83 acres). The applicant, Tyler Miller, proposes to Rezone the property from the RA Single-Family Residential Zone to the R-1-10 Single-Family Zone to allow for a 2-Lot subdivision. The existing home would remain on the property with a proposed home to be built behind it. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have about the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
