ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Washington City Located in Washington City, Utah Washington City South Canal Trail East of Crimson High School General Notice Washington City is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Washington City South Canal Trail East of Crimson High School Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Public Works office located at [1305 E Washington Dam Rd, Washington UT 84780 where Bids will be received], until [October 02, 2024] at [3:00 PM for receipt of Bids] local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened. The Project includes the following Work: Work in general consists of the furnishing of all labor and materials for the South Canal Trail project. The trail is located at the intersection of 4200 South and Medallion Dr. and runs south approximately 1500 feet South to Blue Fields Lane. There is approximately 960 feet of 10' wide asphalt trail to be constructed. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Washington City South Canal Trail East of Crimson High School Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated Link: https://washingtoncity.org/services/publicworks/ConstructionInformation Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated link. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Alliance Consulting 2303 North Coral Canyon Blvd Suite 201 Washington, Utah 84780 Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
