PC 24-035 BRMH Receiving Center [Design Review & Conditional Use Permit] Justin Campbell/Bear River Mental Health is requesting a design review and conditional use permit for a new 12,300 SF Receiving Center and a 15,450 SF, 20-unit temporary housing building to support the operations of the Receiving Center and Bear River Mental Health located at the corner of 200 West and 1980 North in the Public (PUB) zone; TIN 04-080-0044 (Bridger Neighborhood). PC 24-036 Logan Gateway Retail Bldg #4 [Design Review] Joshua Adams/Logan Business Gateway LLC, authorized agent/owner is requesting a design review permit for a new 8,115 SF commercial building that will be divided into three units, each for restaurant use located at 633 South Main Street in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-063-0010 (Woodruff Neighborhood).
