CEDAR CITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO UPDATE CEDAR CITY'S IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, IMPACT FEE ANAYLASIS, AND RECOMMEND IMPACT FEES. SUMMARY Project: General update to Cedar City's Impact Fees, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis. Requested Proposal: Cedar City is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a general update of its Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, recommended Impact Fees, review Cedar City's existing impact fees and make alternative assessment recommendations. 2019 was the last time Cedar City published a general impact fee update request for proposals. There was an update to storm drain and fire impact fees in 2023. Cedar City is looking for a firm to update all of its impact fees. A qualified Firm needs to have experience with municipal impact fees in the State of Utah. The anticipated timeline for the project from start to completion is less than 120 days. Proposal Due-Time: 5:00 p.m., Mountain Daylight Savings Time, on the 20th day of September 2024. Place: Hard copies can be sent to the Cedar City Manager, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, UT 84720. Email copies can be sent to paulb@cedarcityut.gov. Cedar City will accept submission in hard copy or email format. If you choose to submit hard copies, please submit five (5) copies.
