Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance 4. September Activities a. September Council Meeting Sept 3 at 10 AM b. Lunch Bunch September 5 Jim's Family Restaurant American Fork c. Lunches Served Sept 4,11,12,18,19,25,26 at 12 Noon d. Wednesday activities Oil Painting, quilts, and puzzles e. Thursday activities Oil painting no instructor, quilts and puzzles f. September 19th Bingo 5 PM dinner served who is in charge (Sandy) g. September 23 activity to be determined 5 PM h. Craft Class 10 am Sept 18 Class fall blocks decoration i. Exercise Class 11:15 the 12,19,26 of September j. No Activity on September 30th 5. October Activities a. Oct 1 Senior Council b. Oct 3 Lunch bunch restaurant to be named c. Lunches served Oct 2,9,10,16,17,23,24,30,31 Subject to Change d. October 19 Adaptive Halloween at city Hall, from 11 till 2 Pm e. Bingo Oct 21 Annette is in charge of meal f. Activity Oct 28 to be decided - Matt Heffelfinger to do a presentation on Dinosaurs g. Craft Class Oct 16 10 AM Christmas or Halloween Craft to be decided h. Exercise Class October10,17,24,31?? i. Wednesday and Thursday activities of Painting, quilting, and puzzles will be as usual. 6. November Activities a. Senior Council Nov. 5 10 AM b. Election Day get out to vote c. Lunches Served On Nov 6,13,14,20,21 closed on the 27th and 28th d. Lunch bunch Nov 7th restaurant to be determined e. Craft class Nov 20th 10 AM doing Christmas decorations for our Christmas Tree f. Exercise class on the 14th and 21st g. Nov 18th Bingo Person in charge to be named h. Nov 25th Turkey Boxes Pizza will be served. i. Closed 27th and 28th of November for Thanksgiving. 7. Upcoming events a. Shon Reed b. Trip to tour Tyson plant c. Christmas Light tour d. Art show, Maybe in Jan or Feb before Valentines we will do one day from 1 till 6 PM. e. Special Christmas bingo Celebration f.
