NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall, located at 31 N. Church Street. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items:
- A proposed vacation of a public utility easement at approximately 950 West and Main Street (Pioneer Crossing). The proposal would abandon a north/south public utility easement with the recording of a new east/west public utility easement. See attached map for exact location of the proposed easement vacation.
Copies of the proposed vacation is available at the City Administrative Offices, 51 E. Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
