EMERY COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County will meet at 2:30pm on September 3, 2024 in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah.

AGENDA
Discuss/Approve/Deny July 16, 2024 LBA Meeting Minutes.
Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority.
Ratification of Change Order No. 2 from PRT Builders on the Huntington Senior Citizen Center Project.
Ratification of Change Order No. 2 from TSJ Construction on the Gasification Metal Building Project.
Ratification of Change Order No. 2 from Busk Inc. on the Gasification Metal Building Project.
Any other business which may regularly come before the Board.
