- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on August 27, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-20: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM LARGE LOT RESIDENTIAL TO LIGHT MANUFACTURING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4053 SOUTH 7200 WEST ON 2.96 ACRES.'
