Notice is given that the Stockton Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting promptly at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

3. Approval of March and April minute, comments on March minutes needs to be corrected and needs to be phrased different, STATEMENTS MADE BY REPRESENTATIVE OF OTTERS AND OTHERS, NOT NECESSARILY VALIDATED BY COMMISSION. Will approve March, April, and May minutes next time.

6. Brett & Desiree Lockwood, putting a Stone Yard at the Old post office property- no show- This is not a home occupation as stated in the application. Denied for that reason. Second, not conforming to current code. Should be industrial. Is not suited for the size of lot.
We need to know the definition between industrial and commercial.

Having an expiration date on building permits. Discussing past permit applications. Possible expiration date for 30 days on current app.
Steve, have hard copies , everything changes from mayor to mayor, things should stay the same. There needs to be documentation. Mayor can make changes, but if things are working then it shouldn't change the procedures.
Otters and Others sign at the gas station, How can we get the sign taken down?
Is it illegal to have sign there?
Definitions of animals? Exotic, wild, livestock definitions. Ask attorney the questions about Grantsville Zoo. Grantsville definitions Domestic, vicious, livestock on range land. How are they categorizing this this business.
Volunteers attend Town Council meetings, One representative/ volunteer of the P&Z Commission should attend Town Council meetings take notes and possible reports. bring back brief summary. Mitch has volunteered for this next meeting which will be June 18th.
Next P&Z meeting June 4th.
When will Claudia be back, check on her health and touch base with her.
