Committee Discussion - Open floor for committee members to ask questions, provide feedback, and suggest any modifications to the survey. 5. Vote on Approval of the Proposed Survey - Motion to approve the survey as presented or with amendments. - Committee vote on the motion. 6. Next Steps - Discuss timeline for survey implementation if approved. - Assign responsibilities for any follow-up actions. 7. Adjournment
