Regular Business: Zoning Administrator Update
Review of minutes from August 14, 2024
1. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; SET TIME and DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING-SEVIER RIVER RV PARK;
Consider a change from a 90 day stay to a 365 day stay, on an existing approved PUD for Danny Levie, for the Sevier River RV Park located at 564 Danny Drive, Sevier, Utah. Also, set time and date for public hearing.
2. MEADOW VIEW MINOR SUBDIVISION-TRAVIS GREENHALGH;
Consider a two lot minor subdivision for Travis Greenhalgh located at approximately 6500 North Daniels Canyon Road, Koosharem, Utah.
3. PARTIALLY AMENDED WEST MOUNTAIN VIEW MINOR SUBDIVISION-ROBERT UDY;
Consider a partially amended minor subdivision for Robert Udy located at approximately 916 North 250 East, Salina, Utah.
4. PUBLIC HEARING-JAMES CHRISTENSEN;
Public hearing to consider a zone change from GRF-20S to A-1 for James and Lynn Christensen located at 3595 North 1460 East, Koosharem, Utah.
Planning Commission Meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main Street, Richfield
