Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of presenting on the following: An application for Preliminary Subdivision Plat for a one-lot subdivision, located at 315 West 3300 South. The applicant is Shelter the Homeless. A petition to the Planning Commission to forward a positive recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council for a Zone Change and an Ordinance Amendment for property located at 315 West 3300 South.
