1. Approval of the Minutes of the regular meeting held May 22, 2024 (In progress, not yet complete)
2. Case #2024-5: Appeal of the Planning Commission's interpretation of the zoning ordinance as unambiguously requiring the completion of commercial components of mixed-use group dwelling or a multiple family dwelling on a lot 4 acres or larger in a CP-2 zone prior to occupancy of any buildings.
