Description/Agenda: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING Monday, August 26, 2024 at 2:30 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA The Virgin Development Review Committee, known as the DRC (which is similar to the Joint Utility Committee - JUC in other communities), was developed to streamline the review process of various types of land use and development applications being considered or proposed within the Town. This will be a meeting to review plans for the following projects located at: 1. Parcel #: V-2139-B (parcel access is off Pocketville Rd.) 2. Parcel #: V-2-1-21-3131 (parcel is on the corner of SR 9 and 1420 W) No Public Comment will be accepted.
