Description/Agenda: Public Notice Proposition 11 Creation of New School District Alpine, Lehi, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, and Draper within Utah County November 5, 2024 In accordance with Utah Code 20A-7-402(2), this notice is provided regarding the Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi and Draper interlocal agreement to create a new school district. Eligible voters can file a request to submit a written argument for or against the proposed school district creation to be included in the voter information pamphlet. Requests must be submitted to the Utah County Elections Division before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Requests should be sent to Elections@UtahCounty.gov. Upon receiving a request, our office will provide further information and deadlines for submitting a written argument.
