Description/Agenda: Public Notice: Proposition #11 Creation of a New School District with Alpine, Lehi, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, and Draper within Utah County. In accordance with Utah Code 20A-7-402(2), this notice is provided regarding the Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi and Draper interlocal agreement to create a new school district. Eligible voters can file a request to submit a written argument for or against the proposed school district creation to be included in the voter information pamphlet. Request must be submitted to the Utah County Elections Division before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Requests should be sent to Elections@UtahCounty.gov. Upon receiving a request, the Clerk's office will provide further information and deadlines for submitting an argument.
