Description/Agenda: A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Timothy Munden to vacate a portion of the eastern public utility and drainage easement on their property at 1502 North 900 West. Mr. Munden intends to build an accessory structure on this portion of the property. The vacated portion will reduce the easement from 10ft to 6ft. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
