PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following items: Public Hearing to consider authorizing the Mayor to sign a 24 foot permanent Access Easement in favor of the Trust for Public Lands located at approximately 200 South and 1750 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah County, Utah. Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City for a zone change from the R1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zone to the RR (Rural Residential) Zone, on two pieces of land equaling a total of approximately 0.28 acres, located at 1330 North 100 East.
