d. Planning items:
1. Pre-application consultation, applicant C.W. Land, regarding property located at approximately 1700 W. 3200 S., potential rezone from Residential (R-1) and Agricultural (A-1) to Planned Residential Development (PRD). (15 min.)
2. Recommendation from Planning Commission: application for zone change of property located at 2751 S. 1000 W., Agricultural (A-1) to Professional Office (PO), applicant Whipple Point, LLC. (10 min.)
3. Recommendation from Planning Commission: application for zone change of property located at 1569 S. 2500 W., Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), applicant Roberto Quiroz. (10 min.)
4. Recommendation from Planning Commission: application for zone change of property located at 3800 W. Hammon Lane, Agricultural (A-1) and Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), applicant Daniel Hammon. (10 min.)
