- Millcreek City is requesting proposals from perspective local gyms to provide a comprehensive physical wellness program for Millcreek City employees. Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM on September 3, 2024 and must be submitted electronically to ldudley@millcreekut.gov. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted.
