Public Hearing - Real Property Surplus In accordance with Utah Code 10-8-2(4) and WTMC 04.20.035, the Washington Terrace City Council acting as The Redevelopment Agency will hold a public hearing on September 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Building located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The City Council acting as the Redevelopment Agency will take public comment in support and opposition to a proposal to surplus all of Weber Parcel Number 070370031, which Parcel is to be sold for the highest fair market value for an appropriate use. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at: 801.395.8283 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
