Nibley City Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolutions:
Resolution 24-20 - Amending the Nibley City Transportation Master Plan, removing 2500 South roadway between 1200 West and Heritage Drive
When: August 29, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the City's website by August 22, 2024, as part of the Planning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Commission adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
