PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Library Board will hold a special library board work session on Tuesday, Aug, 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, Utah.

Presiding Chair: Julie Gray
1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chair Gray will call the library board meeting to order.
2. STAFF REPORTS
2.1. Valerie Popadich will present the library report.

5. BUSINESS ITEMS
5.1. Discussion- First Board Meeting of the 501c3
Christine Jeffs will present the update on the Library's 501c3
5.2. Discussion and Action- Library Board Vision
Abby Bunn, Chair of the presentation Committee to present changes and updates for the board to review before presenting to the Vineyard City Council. The Chair and the board will act to adopt (or deny) the plan
6. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
6.1. State Library Board Training
The Utah State library consultants will be conducting a general board training, October 15, 2024, Council Room, 6 pm
7. ADJOURNMENT
The next work session is on September 17, 2024. The next scheduled meeting is on Tuesday. Oct 15, 2024.
This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically.
The public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
