- Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 29, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following proposed ordinance: Adopting Chapter 17.86 of the Municipal Code Regulating Urban Chickens. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Amy Rodriguez at 801-393-8681at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
