- PARK CITY HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH September 4, 2024 The Historic Preservation Board of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Consideration to Approve the Historic Preservation Board Meeting Minutes from August 7, 2024 4. STAFF AND BOARD COMMUNICATIONS AND DISCLOSURES 5. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS 6. CONTINUATIONS 6.A. 732 Crescent Tram - Determination of Significance and Material Deconstruction - The Applicant Requests Modifications to 2017 and 2018 Historic Preservation Board Determinations Regarding Additions to the Landmark Historic Structure, and Requests Material Deconstruction to Accommodate a Basement Addition and Addition on a Secondary Fa ade. PL-23-05741 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Continuation to October 2, 2024 7. WORK SESSION 7.A. Comprehensive Update to the General Plan - The Historic Preservation Consultant Will Provide an Overview of the General Plan Project and Discuss the Historic Preservation Elements with the Board for Initial Input. 8. REGULAR AGENDA 8.A. 36 Prospect Avenue - Material Deconstruction - The Applicant Requests Material Deconstruction for an Addition to a Landmark Historic Structure. PL-24-06186 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 8.B. 64 Chambers Avenue - Determination of Significance - On August 7, 2024, the Historic Preservation Board Directed Staff to Prepare a Final Action Letter Approving the Applicant's Request to Rehabilitate the Landmark Historic Structure to the 1900 Hall Parlor Form. PL-24-06158 (A) Ratification of the Final Action Letter 9.
