MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN, SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
A regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Central Valley Town was held on July 10, 2024 at 7:30 pm at the Central Valley Town Hall, Central Valley Utah after due and timely notice had been provided pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953, as amended.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Brandon Barney, Cassie Bateman, Leanne Pope and Aaron Tenney
SECRETARY: Karen Busk
MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Susan Outzen, Town Council
PUBLIC PRESENT: Kirtley Peterson, Maxine Peterson, Pam Snedeger, Daniell Snedeger, Steve Syddalll, Rakell Syddall,Jason Monroe, Quinn Davis, Tyler Timmons, Shan Davis, Scott Memmett and Robyn Ames

Minutes Approval: Brandon Barney made a motion to approve the minutes and Cassie Bateman seconded. All members voted yes; June minutes approved.
AGENDA
1. Public Hearing - Cove Peak Estae Subdivision - Shan Davis and Ryan Stibor
Discussion - public hearing comments and decision to send to Town Council.
Brandon made a motion to move to Town Council, August 21, 2024. Cassie seconded the motion. All members voted yes. Motion carried.
2. Brad Eyre - Preliminary Subdivision Plat Presentation (Canceled)
3. Thompson Spring Subdivision (Amended) Brad Duffin (Not in attendance)
4. Subdivision Ordinance - update continued
Brandon asked if a moratorium on building could be put in place. Tyler Timmons told the members that a law suit is very possible if a subdivision is in the works. Brandon made a motion to have the Town Council discuss a moratorium. Cassie seconded the motion, all members voted yes. Motion carried.
Members reviewed an updated Subdivision Ordinance provided by Susan.

Next meeting will be: August 14, 2024.

1. A motion was made to adjourn by Brandon Barney; Cassie Bateman seconded the motion. All members voted yes. Motion carried.
