Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Chapter 156 Zoning, Sections 156.020 Definitions, 156.136 Codes and Symbols (Commercial Districts), and 156.156 Codes and Symbols (Industrial Districts), to update and incorporate new definitions for body art facilities (tattooing, body piercing, and permanent cosmetics), allow body art facilities in commercial districts, and modify existing tattoo establishments in industrial districts. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 24-071
