- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday August 28, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Danny Hulse for a conditional use & design review for an accessory structure located on property at approximately 637 South 200 West. Tax Id. #10-089-0005
