- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following request: - Title 13 Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment: Francis Ash on behalf of Somber Sun Art Collective seeks to amend Appendix A - Land Use Categories section of Title 13, Payson City Zoning Ordinance. The amendment, if approved would allow as permitted uses, tattooing and body art within the CC-1, Central Commercial Zone. - Title 13 Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment: Payson City Staff request an amendment to Appendix A - Land Use Categories section of Title 13, Payson City Zoning Ordinance. The amendment, if approved, would modify several uses of property within the various non-residential zones of the city. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
