- PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on WEDNESDAY, August 14, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - 7:05 p.m. To receive public comment concerning the Fillmore City Sewer Policy to amend section B. Service Connection: to include multiple utility connections for Duplex, three-family, and four-family dwellings. - 7:10 p.m. To receive public comment concerning amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 18 Subdivisions. Specifically, to reflect the changes in the Utah State Code 10-9-601 to 10-9a-608 and the updates to the Fillmore City Municipal Code.
