3 A. Grundvig plan to build a mother in law quarter on his existing property- Aaron asked to build a mother-in law or a guest house. It will be a shed that will be turned into a home. It will be a separate building not attached to my house. Commissioner Chelsie Nelson read ordinance 106 only one dwelling per home on a lot. The commission agreed it goes against the ordinance his request was denied.
4. Bowen/Openshaw subdivision plat approval and signatures, referral to Town council- Mrs. Openshaw presented her subdivision to the commission, it's a 2 lot subdivision on 8900 W. 26000 N. The Commission approved the subdivision and recommended it to Town Council.

5. Ordinance 107 updates-They discussed the ordinance Councilmember Bell stated this ordinance has been on the agenda for 2 years and we get nowhere with it. Commissioner Laura Nelson stated everyone wanted definitions. Commissioner Beck think Commissioner Laura Nelson has done a great job with the definitions but I'm a fan of fewer ordinances than more. If we could define the definitions and simplify it. Do we want to go with this ordinance. Commissioner Chelsie Nelson stated she's not sure if we want to change it due to the county helping us. Commissioner Beck stated he don't like the ordinance. Commissioner Chelsie Nelson stated leave what we have in the book it's getting to wordy, I like to keep it simple.
