Address: 8838 N. Alpine Loop, Provo UT 84604 SEALED BIDS for the Construction of the Stewart Falls Horizontal Wells 2024 will be received by North Fork Special Service District at City at 8838 N. Alpine Loop, Provo UT until 2:00PM Wednesday August 28th 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Recommendation for award will be presented to the Board at a special meeting on August 29th 2024 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: - The construction of approximately 5 horizontal wells (Drains) located near the existing Stewart Falls Spring on the north Fork of the Provo River in Utah County to develop additional culinary water for the district. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Request for Bids, Information for Bidders, Information Required of Bidder, Status Verification System Affidavit, Measurements and Payments, Certificate of Non-Collusion, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be examined electronically upon request at: rtaylor@ardurra.com, 435-503-4123.
