7.1 MOTION/ORDINANCE 24-05: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 17.10 RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL IN-FILL DEVELOPMENT
The Ordinance amends text to the residential in-fill development chapter so that it aligns with the intent and
purpose of the in-fill ordinance. The Language clarifies that the intent of the in-fill development policy is for well
planned development to certain undeveloped, vacant, and empty parcels identified by the city
8. NEW BUSINESS
8.1 MOTION/RESOLUTION 24-10: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT FOR METERING TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES
An amendment to the interlocal agreement for support services for the City AMI metering system which was approved June 6, 2023. The amendment adds the customer portal component to the agreement.
8.2 PRESENTATION: WEBER COUNTY SHERIFF QUARTERLY REPORT
A report on activity occurring during April-June 2024.
9. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF
This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken.
10. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS
