- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on July 23, 2024, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2024-07-35 which approved the YD3 Annexation located at approximately 250 South 1160 West and consisting of 0.20 acres. The annexation is effective as of July 30, 2024, and the ordinance was recorded at the Utah County Recorder's office on August 13, 2024.
