PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #08-2024, amending Springville Code 11-4-708(4) to eliminate the minimum clear floor-to-ceiling height for townhomes in the Main Street South Gateway Zone; at their regular meeting held on July 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #09-2024, adopting residential and commercial subdivision regulations and application process to include preliminary and final plan checklists. Pursuant to Title 14 Subdivision Regulations of the Springville City Code; at their regular meeting held on July 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
