Description/Agenda: Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting August 15, 2024 - 7: 00 p.m. Plain City Cemetery Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Plain City Corp/Sexton Top Tier Yard Care/Caretaker Charra Bradford/Maint. Supervisor Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held May 9, 2024. No meeting was held in June or July. 2. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. A. Review, discuss and approve the asphalt bids. Ross sent out previously the original bid and a follow-up bid which includes the bid to continue the road. B. Review, discuss and approve the fencing bid. 3. Discuss the list of plot records that are needed. 4. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 5. Adjourn.
