- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold six public hearings on Thursday, August 22, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public comment on the Rezone Request for located at parcel number 09-075-0285 for Terrastrada LLC. The request is to zone a commercial and mixed-use residential designation. All interested parties are invited to attend.
