- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL AUGUST 20, 2024 10:00 A.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Peter Johnson is seeking commercial site plan approval for a warehouse building for Mountain View Staging at 1279 N 450 W in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. Travis Taylor is seeking final plan approval for Springville Towns at about 50 E 800 S in the MSSG Main Street South Gateway Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on August 13, 2024. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
