The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer: Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1- Action Item-Review and approve minutes of July 10, 2024 Council meeting. 2-Action Item-Review & approval of July 10-August 14, 2024 Bills/Payroll 3- Action Item-Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information Items- Embridge Gas, Park Bowery, Vehicle traffic, Ditch water. 5- Action Item- Hansen Planning Group, Subdivision Process review and approval process choices. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson Parks- Mariah Huggins 6-Discussion and Vote -on purchase of wood chips 7-Discussion and Vote- on Fall Festival Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell Roads- Samantha Britt Fire Department/Sheriff's Office Adjournment /S/Gina Marbles; Town Clerk/Recorder
