NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REQUEST TO VACATE AND/OR AMEND CERTAIN UINTAH COUNTY ROADS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND MAKE APPROPRIATE CHANGES TO THE UINTAH COUNTY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM MAP
Pursuant to U.C.A. 72-3-108 (2)(a), the Uintah County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the Uintah County Commission Chambers located at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah to receive public comment regarding requests to vacate and remove from the Uintah County Transportation System Map the following:
Class 'D' County Roads:
1. T3S R20E Sec. 13: Portion of a Class D Unnamed County Road on private land owned by D T Johnson Family Partnership, located at 4595 W 7500 N, Dry Fork, Utah.
2. T3S R20E Sec 12: Portion of a Class D Unnamed County Road on private land owned by D T Johnson Family Partnership, located at 4700 W 7500 N, Dry Fork, Utah.
3. T3S R20E Sec 12: Portion of Class D County Road, Ashley Gorge Road, on private land owned by D T Johnson Family Partnership, located at 4700 W 7500 N, Dry Fork, Utah and private land owned by Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District, located at 7770 N Ashley Springs Rd, Vernal, Utah.
4. T3S R20E Sec 12: Portion of a Class D Unnamed County Road on private land owned by Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District, located at 7770 N Ashley Springs Rd, Vernal, Utah.
Class 'B' County Roads:
1. T3S R20E Sec 12: Portion of Class B County Road, Ashley Spring Road, on private land owned by Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District, located at 7770 N Ashley Springs Rd, Vernal, Utah.
