NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 21, 2024, City Council work meeting. The public hearing will be held to discuss and consider amending the general land use plan from mixed use to high density residential; amending the zoning from central commercial to high density residential; and to consider a development agreement with Southern Utah Investment Holdings, LLC. All three of these items are related to property located approximately 170 South and 100 West in Cedar City, Utah. The City Council work meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah, and the meeting is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
The City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 21, 2024, City Council meeting to consider the following items: (1) amending the general land use plan from Rural Estate Residential to Business and Light Manufacturing; and (2) amending the zone from Annex Transition (AT) to Industrial and Manufacturing -1 (I&M-1). The general land use and zone amendments are for property located at approximately 600 North and 3500 West. The City Council meeting is held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The meeting is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
The City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 21, 2024, City Council Work Meeting. The public hearing will be to consider a development agreement with Leavitt Land for +/- 1,090.43 acres of land located between Iron Horse Road and Cross Hollow Road. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main, Cedar City, Utah, and is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
