NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY APPEALS HEARING OFFICER will hold a Public Hearing on August 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the item described below: NOTE: This hearing will be held in person as well as online via Zoom. For Online meeting participation, please click on the following link (comments can be made during the public comment portion of the meeting once recognized by the host): https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88699033649?pwd=9nEQ0i4bvZg8uJ05uWymwbX5L5kyKo.1. Public comments and questions can also be made via email prior to August 21st at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205. This hearing will also be available for viewing live (with a 40 second delay) and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website: https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/. 1. Daniel Dansie, representing Orion Property Holdings LLC., is appealing the denial of business license 24-10, which included certain commercial uses in the Stillwater Lodge at approximately 1364 W. Stillwater Dr, Heber, and associated parking on the off-site parcel known as super pad 11 in the Stillwater master plan in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). (Doug Smith DEV-9317).
